摘要
目的 为组织部门从总体上把握与提高中青年处级干部心理素质 ,以及领导干部的选拔和评估作参考。方法 采用症状自评量表 ( SCL-90 )及卡特尔 1 6种人格因素测验 ( 1 6PF) ,对 86名中青年处级干部作测量。结果 中青年处级干部心理健康状况远好于普遍人群 ,人格特征表现为情绪成熟稳定、热情外向、独立积极、自律严谨、沉着自信、理智现实、信赖随和、敢作敢为等特点 ,但创造性、有恒性有待提高。多元回归分析发现 ,紧张性、性别和自律性 3个因素对心理健康有一定的预测作用。结论 中青年处级干部心理健康和人格特征良好 。
Objective The researcher's intention is finding a way to advance youthful and middle-aged primary officials' mental ability and a standard of selecting and evaluating leaders.Methods We adopt SCL-90 and 16 PF to measure 86 youthful and middle-aged primary officials.Results The fact is youthful and middle-aged primary official's mental health is better than general's.Their personality is mature,zealous,independent,self-discipline,self-confidence,rational,reliant,conscientious etc.One the other hand, their creativity and willpower is not enough.By Multi-regression analysis we cosider their tension,gender and self-discipline can be used forecast factor of mental health.Conclusion The youthful and middle-aged primary officials' mental health and personality is satisfactory.There is a correlation between mental health and personality.
