摘要
为了提高卷烟产品的质量和生产效率,通过分析卷烟生产线的工艺流程,提出了有关合理假设,利用图论中的网络流思想,将卷烟生产线抽象成了基于连续物料流的连通网络系统,并由此提出了卷烟生产线优化调度的概念,建立了卷烟生产线优化调度模型,包括生产线的生产率最优模型和每个工作日的初始状态最优模型,给出了具体的优化调度策略。该优化调度策略已用于实际卷烟生产线的作业调度中,取得了良好的应用效果。
To improve the quality and productivity of cigarettes industry, the technological process of cigarettes production line was analyzed, and some reasonable assumptions were proposed. By utilizing the basic ideas of network flow in graph theory, the related network system based on continuous material flow was drawn from cigarettes production line. Then, the thought of optimization scheduling was proposed and the optimization scheduling models of cigarettes production line were created, including the productivity optimization model of cigarettes production line and initialization state optimization model. The specific optimization scheduling strategy based on above-mentioned models was given. The optimization scheduling strategy was used for actual work floor scheduling of cigarettes production line and the benefits were gained.
