摘要
用过醋酸溶解羊毛,从中提取蛋白质,并对提取物进行红外光谱和热分析测定,为动物毛发的再生纤维化提供物质基础。结果表明,提取物为以α-螺旋型构象为主的角蛋白。
The method of extracting protein from waste wool was studied for the purpose of reusing the waste. Infrared spectroscopy analysis and termal analysis were used for the extraction. The results obtained from infrared spectroscopy showed that the extraction was protein highly containing α-keratin.
