摘要
介绍了钛硅分子筛催化叔丁醇合成叔丁基过氧化氢。叔丁基过氧化氢选择性接近 10 0 % ,过氧化氢的利用率达到 83 6 %。研究了此反应的影响因素 ,并用正交实验方法找出了此反应的最佳反应条件 :反应温度为 6 5℃ ,催化剂浓度为 0 0 5 78g/mL ,叔丁醇与H2 O2 物质的量比为 5 5。
The reaction of t-butanol catalyzed by HTS to prepare tert-butyl hydroperoxide was introduced. The selection of tert-butyl hydroperoxide was approximate 100% and the rate of H 2O 2 that has been used was about 83.6%. The factors that affect the result of this reaction were also studied. The best reactive addition is obtained through orthogonal experiment: temperature 65?℃, the dense of catalyst 0.057?8?g/mL, the mole rate of t-butanol to H 2O 2 5.5.
