摘要
本文研究了铝酸钙水泥对刚玉质浇注料的影响,通过水化实验揭示了超低水泥浇注料特征水化物的形成机理和合理的工艺条件。探讨了添加物,尤其是氧化铬对超低水泥刚玉质浇注料性能的影响,指出了制备高性能超低水泥刚玉质浇注料合理的工艺条件。
This paper has studied the effect of calcium aluminate cement on the properties of corundumcastable. Forming mechanism of the particular hydrate and reasonable curing conditions forultra-low-cement castable were clarified. The effects of additives, especially chromia on the proper-ties of ulthe-low-cement alumina castable were studied. Finally, this paper points out rationalproccess conditions for preparing high performance ultra-low-cement alumina castable.
