摘要
探讨了酶法制备生物柴油的过程 ,通过脂肪酶酯化和醇解两种工艺路线合成生物柴油的试验研究 ,考察了反应条件如醇油比、催化剂用量、反应温度、反应时间等对酯化率和产品纯度的影响。试验表明 ,采用分批加入甲醇的酯化工艺 ,酯化率可以达到 95 %以上 ;采用醇解工艺菜籽油酯化率达 95 %以上 ,产品经GC分析其纯度可达 98%以上 ,固定化酶的半衰期至少达 10 0d。
A research was investigated that two processes for biodiesel synthesis,lipase catalytic esterification from linoleic acid and transesterification from rapeseed oil.The effects of enzyme amount,reaction temperature,adding ways of methanol,molar ratio of substrate etc.on esterification were studied in details.The results show that the esterification and the transesterification degree with adding methanol stepwise can reach up to 92% and 95%,respectively,and the purity of biodiesel obtained by separation is up to 98%.The half time of immobilized biocatalyst could be 100 d in the reaction system without significant decrease in its activity.
