摘要 目的　了解弱RhCe抗原遗传背景。方法　采用红细胞凝集试验检测先证者父母和兄弟姐妹的RhD、C、c、E、e抗原 ,用PCR SSP方法检测RH基因。观察Rh血型基因的构成和抗原表达情况。结果　父亲带有弱RhCe抗原和正常的RhcE抗原 ,基因型为RHCe/RHcE ;母亲有正常RhCe抗原 ,基因型为RHCe/RHCe ;先证者有与父亲相同的弱RhCe抗原 ,基因型为RHCe/RHCe ;哥哥和弟弟都仅有RhcE抗原 ,基因型为RHcE/RHCe ;姐姐有正常的RhcE和RhCe抗原 ,基因型为RHcE/RHCe。结论　我国人群中RHCE基因存在有无效的RHCe基因和弱RHCe等位基因。
