摘要
目的 :估计徐汇区居民疾病负担。方法 :根据徐汇区居民的死亡登记资料 ,用世界卫生组织推荐的方法 ,以死亡损失健康生命年 ( yearsoflifelostduetoprematuremortal ity ,YLL)为指标估计和分析居民的疾病负担。结果 :1岁以下和 60岁以上人群每千人YLL负担比较严重 ;慢性非传染性疾病是造成徐汇区居民YLL负担的主要原因 ;YLL死因顺位第 1位是恶性肿瘤 ,其次是循环系统疾病、呼吸系统疾病和意外伤害等。结论 :只是从死亡影响健康的角度来评价徐汇区疾病负担 ,要更加全面合理的评价健康水平 ,需要用 (disabilityadjustedlifeyears ,DALY )
OBJECTIVE:To access the burden of disease of Xuhui District. METHODS: Based on vital registration data of Xuhui District of Shanghai, the burden of disease was assessed and analyzed in terms of years of life lost due to premature mortality (YLL), an index recommended by the World Health Organization.RESULTS: YLL per thousand persons of residents aged 0～1 years and above 65 years were larger than the others; non-communicable diseases were the main cause of YLL of Xuhui residents; Among the 4 top cause of death according to YLL, the first was malignant neoplasm, followed by circulatory system disease, respiratory system disease and injury. CONCLUSIONS: The article is to measure burden of disease only considering death. We should analyze the data with disability adjusted life years (DALY) to quantify health outcomes more comprehensively and reasonably.
