摘要
目的 :探讨非体外循环下行冠状动脉搭桥手术的巡回护理配合。方法 :选择 2 0 0 2年 10月至 2 0 0 3年 12月我院在非体外循环即心脏不停跳下行多支冠状动脉搭桥术 11例的巡回方法进行总结 ,主要是术中控制血压、心率的变化 ,保证有效循环血量的药物管理 ,与麻醉医师的配合。结果 :本组病例无 1例死亡 ,术后 10 d～ 18d均痊愈出院。结论 :巡回护士熟悉手术步骤、抢救药物的使用、娴熟的配合技术 。
Objective To study Matching of circulating nurse in.Off-pump CoronaryArtery Bypass.Methods 11 patients,operated for selective coronary artery bypass grafting without cardiopulmonary bypass between October 2002 and December 2003,weresummarize about nursing care which were mostly blood control of pressure and heart rate,regulation of cardiovascular drug and matching with anesthetist.Results All patientsfully recover 10~18 days after operation.Conclusion skillful master by a circulatingnurse of operation step,first-aid drug and matching with anesthetist is beneficial to go on wheels with operation.
