高压氧综合治疗胎儿宫内发育迟缓疗效观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的 探讨在综合改善胎盘微循环的基础上 ,应用高压氧纠正胎儿宫内发育迟缓的疗效。方法 将符合筛选指标的住院IUGR孕妇 6 1例分为高压氧组 2 8例 (A组 )和非高压氧组 33例 (B组 ) ,另外选择同期正常孕妇 30例作为正常妊娠对照组 (C组 ) ,比较B型超声、胎儿监护及新生儿结局等指标。结果  1 高压氧综合治疗能显著降低PI、RI值 ,明显改善IUGR患者的脐血流 ;2 能明显促进胎儿生长 ,增加新生儿体重 ,提高IUGR的治愈率。结论 高压氧结合常规治疗IUGR可获得较好临床疗效 ,值得临床推广。 Objective: To assess the effects of hyperbaric oxygen(HBO) combined with routine methods which were used to improve synthetically the placental microcirculation in the treatment of fetal intrauterine growth retardation(IUGR). Methods: 61 pregnant women were diagnosed as having fetal IUGR, who were voluntarily assigned to two groups,a HBO group called group-A (n=28) receiving HBO combined with routine therapy and a non-HBO group called group-B(n=33) only receiving the routine therapy. In addition, thirty cases with normal pregnant women were served as a normal control group called group-C(n=30). Ultrasound , non-stress test, umbilical artery blood flow velocity were performed periodically and compared among three groups . Results:1. The values of PI and RI in group-A were more significantly reduced than those of group-B after treatment.2.The average birth weight of neonate and the cure rate in group-A was significantly higher than those of in group-B. Conclusion: The significant clinical effect could be obtained by the means of hyperbaric oxygen binding routine method in the treatment of intrauterine growth retardation.
