热应激对心肌缺血耐受性影响的机制 被引量:1

摘要 心肌缺血后常会引起一系列生化改变 ,这些改变将影响心肌细胞的生存 ,临床上采用一些方法恢复心肌供血 ,但这些措施未必能使心肌细胞功能恢复 ,原因是恢复供血引发再灌注损伤。热应激为一简单而行之有效的应激方法 ,给心肌短暂热应激能起到保护心肌作用。本文就热应激耐受机制作一概述。
