摘要
以针织纬编厂为例,从企业部门设置 、管理构架、生产流程,到生产中的质量控制、客户投诉及处理、绩效评估、规范化管理与人性化管理等多方面,详述了针织企业在实际生产中的管理和质量控制。文中还介绍了一种新的信息化管理系统MIS(Management Information System) ,企业建立该系统可实现数据共享、动态管理。
Taking weft knitting factory as an example, this paper introduced in detail the actual management and quality controlof modern knitting enterprises from the setup of managing sectors, management frame and production flow to online qualitycontrol, customer feedbacks and treatment, evaluation of performance, standardized management, humanized management,and so on. In addition, a new kind of management system-MIS(Management Information System)was analyzed. Thedata can be shared and management can be made dynamically through this system.
