摘要
随着城市用地的日趋紧张,城市小区住宅已由多层逐步发展成为高层,按照"以人为本"的思想,结合深圳泰华新城高层住宅小区给排水设计,探讨了高层住宅小区用水量的确定、区域消防恒压、地下车库喷头布置、排水管道外置等若干问题.
Now urban available land is running short of day by day, so urban multilayer residential houses are replaced by high rise residential houses gradually. According to 'all for human being', and relating the design of building water supply and sewage of Taihua New City high rise residential zone in Shenzhen, the paper studied some problems of designing high rise residential zone: such as quantity of water, hydraulic constant pressure for fire protection by water, sprayer collocation in underground garage, drainage standpipes laid out of building and so on.
