摘要
用Coxsackie B3病毒(CV B3)感染BALB/C小鼠建立实验性病毒心肌炎(VMC)模型,观察了牛磺酸对此模型的作用.结果发现,牛磺酸能减少感染病毒后小鼠的死亡只数,减轻心肌组织病理损害,减少感染CVB3后ECG的异常变化,加快血清及心肌CVB3RNA转阴,感染CVB3后血清牛磺酸浓度明显增加.本实验结果显示,牛磺酸对实验性VMC具有良好的保护作用.
The experimental viral myocarditis was established by infected with infecting BALB/C wuth Coxsackie virus B3 in BALB/C male and the effect of taurine on this model was investigated. The results showed that taurine could postpone the starting time of death in infected mice, decrease the number of dead mice, attenuate the pathologic changes and abate the scores of inflammation and necrosis, accelerate the time of CV B3 RNA converting negative in serum or myocardium and lower significantly the incidence of the abnormal ECG lower in infect-taurine treated group. The taurine content of myocardium in infected group was as same as in control group while the content of serum has markedly increased in former group. Taurine levels of both myocardium and serum in taurine-treated group were higher than that in control group. This investigation demonstrated that taurine could exert a good protective effect on viral myocarditis and this may probably provide a theoretical basis for clinical use of taurine in VMC.
