摘要
目的 :建立超细三七粉饮片质量评价方法。方法 :采用 HPL C法测定超细三七粉中单体皂苷 R1 、Rg1 、Rb1 的含量。结果 :样品在线性范围内有良好的线性关系 ,三七皂苷 R1 的平均回收率为 10 0 .0 2 % ,RSD为 2 .2 0 % ;人参皂苷 Rg1 的平均回收率为 99.2 5 % ,RSD为 2 .39% ;人参皂苷 Rb1 的平均回收率为 98.4 9% ,RSD为 2 .31% (n=5 )。结论 :HPL C梯度洗脱法能将多种皂苷很好地分离检测 ,提高了时效 ,减少了误差 ,结果表明该方法准确可靠 ,重现性好 ,结果稳定。
Objective:To provide the method for the quality evaluation of super thin powder of Panax notoginseng.Methods:The contents of single saponin R 1、Rg 1 and Rb 1 in super thin powder of Panax notoginseng were determined by HPLC.Results:The linear relationship of calibiration curves was good in the range of linearity.The average rate of callback R 1 is 100.02 % and RSD is 2.20%,Rg 1 is 99.25% and RSD is 2.39%,and Rb 1 is 98.49% and RSD is 2.31%(n=5).Conclusion:Many saponins can be separated and determined by HPLC chromatogram. This method can improve the efficiency and decrease errors. The method is accurate,reliable and stable.
