摘要
采用综合研究方法 ,对湖北少数民族地区的中学体育教师的基本情况进行调查分析。以求全面了解其发展过程中存在的问题 ,寻求解决问题的途径。为教育主管部门对民族地区广大体育教师的继续教育和高校体育教育专业教育改革的深化提供有益借鉴 。
By means of comprehensive research,the study has analyzed the present situation of middle school P.E. teachers' in Hubei minority regions.This research intends to understand the over all objective problems of development,and come to some solution.Therefore to provide favorable references for educational administrations in setting up standards in personnel development,deepening educational reform of physical education in higher learning institutions,and to perfect the knowledge structure of the P.E. teachers in order to speed up the improvement of their over all quality and the quality of P.E. teaching.
