摘要
采用直接金属氧化法制备了SiC颗粒增强Al2O2 Al基复合材料,借助XRD和光学金 相显微镜对该复合材料的组成及微观结构进行了观察,分析了SiO2层、合金成分和温度制度 对复合材料性能的影响。结果表明该复合材料结构致密且渗透完全,微观结构由3种相互穿 插相组成,即SiC预制体、连续的Al2O3基体及呈网状结构分布的未被氧化的残余Al。
SiC_p/Al_2O_3-Al composites were synthesized by directed oxidation of metals. The composition and microstructures of the composites were investigated using XRD and metallurgical microscope. The effects of SiO_2 layer clinging to SiC_p, the alloy components and technical parameters on the properties were analyzed. The result indicates that the spontaneous penetration is nearly perfect and the SiC_p/Al_2O_3-Al composite has a dense microstructure. The microstructure consists of three interpenetrating phases: the SiC perform, a continuous α-Al_2O_3 matrix and a network of unoxidized metal.
