摘要
目的 探讨多排螺旋CT三维重建对提高复杂颌面骨折诊治效果的临床应用价值。方法 对 35例复杂颌面骨折患者行螺旋CT扫描后 ,利用工作站行图像后处理 ,选用多种软件技术进行三维重建。结果 三维CT图像清晰、立体和直观地显示了 35例患者骨折的部位、范围、骨块移动方向和距离 ,使得在治疗中得以正确选择接骨板及其放置位置和切口位置。结论 三维影像能清晰显示颌面部的空间解剖关系 ,可提供理想的整复模型 ,有利于确定复杂颌面骨折的程度与骨折的移位情况 ,有利于手术方案的设计与实施。
Objective To explore the value of clinical application of three-dimensional(3D) reconstruction of spiral CT in the diagnosis and treatment with complex maxillofacial fractures.Methods 35 patients with complex maxillofacial fracture were scanned by spiral CT and then the images were taken three-dimensional reconstruction on work-station using different softwares.Results The 3D CT images were clear, direct and three dimensional on reflecting location, extent and type of fracture, displaced direction and distance of fracture section and relation with surrounding tissue. This made it exact to use the fixed palates and to choose the correct operation way.Conclusion 3D is of important clinical value in assessing complex facial fractures because it can provide space relationship information and ideal plastic model.
