摘要
综述了近年来国内外在环境友好型无卤、无锑、无磷环氧树脂复合物研究与开发方面的最新进展情况。重点介绍了复合物的研究情况。并指出为了更好地面对中国加入WTO后国外相关电子化学材料的强力冲击 ,以及来自全球范围内日益高涨的环境保护需求 。
The latest research and development of enviroment-friendly epoxy resin compounds without halogen,antimony and phosphorus,especially,silicon and/or nitrogen containing epoxy resin and its nanocomposites were summarized.In order to meet the strong impact coming from the abroad and the needs of enviroment protection,it is important to research and develop the new epoxy compsitions with our own intellectual property.
