结构胶合板几种力学检测方法的探讨 被引量:1

A Study on Methods for Determing Mechanical Properties of Structural Plywood

摘要  在不同加荷、不同跨距和不同加荷头数量的检测方法下,对杨木结构胶合板的静曲强度和弹性模量进行检测,比较3种方法对应测试结果的可互换性。对结果的分析表明,3种条件下测试的静曲强度值存在明显的相关性,说明试验设定的3种检测方法可以互换;而弹性模量的对比结果则差异显著,相关性较低,表明3种检测方法不存在替代性。 For measuring modulus of rupture(MOR)and modulus of elasticity(MOE)of structural plywood, the three methods were established on a single loading point with the span of 220 mm and 340 mm, and double points with 357 mm span. The test results indicated that there was an obvious linear relativity among the MOR values, while the MOE values were different from each other distinctly. The authors concluded that these methods could be comparable to each other for measuring MOR of plywood, but incomparable for measuring MOE.
