摘要
通过长期对GGX - 9型原子吸收分光光度计在我公司解吸冶炼厂现有生产工艺流程中的应用实践 ,总结出一系列对载金炭、贫炭、解吸贵液及电积贫液中金含量的仪器分析测定方法 ,并取得了令人满意的结果。实践证明 ,该仪器测试方法与化学法比较 ,具有灵敏度高 (DL :2 .6×10 - 2 μg/ml)、重现性好 (RSD :<2 % )、稳定性好、安全可靠、操作简便、分析速度快等优点 ;同时 ,也成功地进行了银、铁、铜、锌、铅等元素的测定。
Based on long-run application of GGX-9 atomic absorption spectrophotometer in desorption-electrolysis process in our company, the paper sums up a series of analytic method in determining the content of gold in gold-loaded carbon, lean carbon, desorption pregnant solution and electrolysis lean solution, awarding successful application result.Practice shows that, compared with chemical method, the method has such advantages as high sensitivity (the DL of which is 2.6×10 -2 μg/ml)), wonderful repeatability (the RSD of which is less than 2%), stability and safety, and is simple in operation and quick in analyzing.More over, such elements as silver, ferrum, copper, zinc, and plumbean have been determined.
