摘要
论述了苹果产业在陕西省渭北地区农业经济发展中的战略地位,分析了苹果产业发展中存在的主要问题,即单产低、总体质量差,产业化程度低,设施条件差、社会服务体系不健全等。提出了陕西省渭北黄土高原苹果发展的战略目标及其保障措施:陕西省渭北地区苹果面积应当保持现有规模;保障有机肥供应,生产无污染苹果;利用"八大技术",提高苹果的单产和内在品质;创新苹果产业化经营组织模式,促进苹果产业化发展。
This paper stated the strategic position of apple industry for agricultural economy in WeiBei Loess Pleateau,Shaanxi province. It analyzed the problems of apple industry development.For example,the per unit area yield ,the total quality of apple ,and the level of industrialization are low. The installation and the service system of apple production are not good. The object of development strategy of apple industry in Weibei Loess Plateau, Shaanxi province were put forward. Some advices about how to achieve the object were put forward:keeping the apple scale,producing the apple which have no pollution through supplying the organic fertilizer,incresing the per unit area yield and raising the quality of apple depend on the 8 technologies of apple production,promoting the development of apple industrialization from the innovation of apple industrialization management organization model .
