摘要
结合近几年来国内外的最新研究进展 ,论述了导致植物组织培养过程中外植体发生褐变的基本机理 ,认为褐变包括酶促褐变和非酶促褐变 ,褐变的主要原因是酶促褐变 ,进而在此基础上提出了克服褐变的措施。
