摘要
以包括籼粳、新老不同的类型 92个水稻品种为试材 ,研究了稻谷粒形性状与品质性状的关系。结果表明 ,谷粒长与谷粒宽和谷粒厚呈极显著负相关 ,千粒重与谷粒长、谷粒宽和谷粒厚均呈显著或极显著正相关 ,千粒重主要由谷粒宽和谷粒厚决定。糙米率、精米率和整精米率与谷粒长、谷粒长宽比和谷粒长厚比呈极显著负相关 ,与谷粒宽、谷粒厚和谷粒宽厚比呈极显著正相关 ,与稻米相应指标的关系表现相同趋势 ,减小谷粒长而增大谷粒宽和谷粒厚有利于改善碾磨品质。垩白粒率与千粒重、谷粒宽、谷粒厚和谷粒宽厚比呈极显著正相关 ,谷粒长与垩白大小和垩白度呈极显著正相关 ,外观品质与稻米粒形的关系也表现相同趋势 ,稻谷粒形不是决定稻米外观品质的主要因素。直链淀粉和蛋白质含量与谷粒长、长宽比和长厚比呈极显著正相关 ,与谷粒宽、谷粒厚和宽厚比呈极显著负相关。此外 ,还讨论了稻谷粒形与品质关系及其遗传改良研究中的几个有关问题。
Ninety two indica and japonica rice cultivars were used to investigate the correlations between grain shapes and qualitative characteristics. The results indicated that there were significant negative correlations between grain width (WD), grain length (GL) and grain thick (GT). Significant positive correlations were also found between grain weight and GL, GW, GT. It seemed that the grain weight was mainly controlled by GW and GT. The results also showed that brown rice percentage (BRP), milled rice percentage (MRP) and head rice percentage (HRP) were correlated with GW, GT and GW/GT positively, and correlated with GL, GW/WL and GL/GT negatively. This indicated that the milled rice quality could be improved by increasing GW and GT and decreasing GL. Significant positive correlations also existed between chalky rice percentage (CR) and grain weight, GW and GT, amylose content (AC) and GL, GL /GW and GL /GT. The relationships between grain quality and grain shapes as well as their genetic improvements were also discussed.
