摘要
针对目前安全评价中对环境方面的评价没有成形的安全分析和预测方法的问题,介绍了已有的环境影响综合评价方法及分析优势,提出了在安全评价过程中可以结合现场检测数据并充分利用环评程序中的指数法。并以此方法对炼油系统部分装置的综合危害级别进行了分析,使安全现状评价和分析具有比较理想的效果。
In view of the problem that the methods for safety analysis and prediction concerning environment haven't taken shape in current safety evaluation,some currently-adopted comprehensive methods for assessing the impact on the environment as well as its advantages in terms of analysis are introduced.The method of combining spot data and the index method of environment evaluation program in the process of security evaluation is presented.The method can also be used to analyze comprehensive damage grades of some units used in petrol refining system,which can make the evaluation and analysis of evaluation of state pro of safety get desired results.
