P-SBA-15分子筛催化合成2,4-二叔丁基苯酚 被引量:19

SYNTHESIS OF 2,4-DI-TERT-BUTYLPHENOL OVER P-SBA-15 MESOPOROUS MOLECULAR SIEVE

摘要 采用负载法对介孔分子筛SBA - 15进行磷酸改性 ,制备出含磷酸的介孔分子筛催化剂P-SBA - 15。该催化剂用于叔丁醇与苯酚的烷基化反应 ,考察了它的催化性能 ,结果表明 ,在苯酚和叔丁醇的烷基化反应中 ,介孔分子筛催化剂P -SBA - 15的活性高于沸石分子筛 ;考察了不同的反应条件对催化剂性能的影响 ,得出了苯酚和叔丁醇烷基化反应的最佳条件 :反应温度为 12 0℃ ;醇酚比为 2∶1(摩尔比 ) ;空速 2h- 1,最后还研究了该催化剂的稳定性。 The mesoporous material P-SBA-15 functionalized with phosphoric acid group was prepared by grafting-synthetic method. The performance of the catalyst was investigated by the alkylation reaction of phenol and tert-butyl alcohol. The results show that P-SBA-15 has higher activity than zeolite molecular sieve. Effects of different reaction condition on conversion of phenol and selectivity of 2,4-DTBP were also studied. The optimal condition are as follows: reaction temperature is 120℃; the ratio of tert-butyl alcohol to phenol is 2(mole ratio); space velocity is 2.0h -1. Stability of the catalyst was researched as well in this study.
