摘要
目的 探索急性化脓性关节炎的治疗方法。方法 自制金属导针置管引流治疗急性化脓性关节炎 2 8例 ,其中膝关节 2 0例 ,踝关节 8例。结果 置管简便顺利 ,引流通畅 ,配合应用抗生素及功能锻炼 ,关节功能恢复理想。结论 该方法治疗急性化脓性关节炎操作方法简单 ,组织损伤小 ,置管位置易控制 ,术后引流通畅 ,患者恢复快 ,住院费用低 ,便于在各层医院开展。
Objective To investigate the treatment of acute septic arthritis.Methods A self-made special drainagetube guided by the metal needle was in use for the drainage in 28 cases of acute septic arthritis.Results The drainagetube guided by the metal needle was easy to operate and the drainage was unobstructed.The joint function recovered rapidly in conjunction with administration of antibiotics and physical therapies.Conclusion The advantages of this treatment are easy to manipulate and control the position of the tube,limited tissue injury,unobstructed drainage and low cost.It is advisable for this method to use in all hospitals.
