摘要
目的 探讨CT导引下经皮肺脓肿穿刺抽吸术的临床应用价值。方法 应用全身CT扫描机对 4 1例经皮肺脓肿抽吸引流 ,用 18G抽吸穿刺针做抽吸及活检。结果 CT导引下经皮肺脓肿抽吸引流术成功率 10 0 % ,有效率 83% ,并发症 10 %。结论 CT导引下肺脓肿抽吸引流术是一项安全性和准确性很高的技术 ,对肺脓肿的治疗有重要意义。
Objective To evaluate the clinical application of CT guided percutaneous needle aspiration for lung abscess. Methods CT-guided percutaneous needle aspiration for lung abscess in 41 patients. A 18-gauge aspiration needle and biopsy was used for all patients. Results CT guided percutaneous needle aspiration for lung abscess was performed successfully in all patients. Effective results were 83%. Complications were 10%. Conclusion CT guided percutaneous needle aspiration for lung abscess is a safe, accurate technique and this was important for treatment of lung abscess.
