摘要
目的研究炉甘石薄荷脑洗剂治疗儿童局部红色粟疹的效果。方法根据统计学方法进行95%可信区间的双侧检验,计算样本64例含量;将实验样本随机平均分配到试验组和对照组,根据红色粟疹体积缩小和数量减少的程度评定两组的临床疗效;采用Ridit分析比较两组的数据,计算u值和P值,判断两组之间差异是否有显著性。结果炉甘石薄荷脑洗剂治疗儿童局部红色粟疹的总有效率为84.4%,u=4.003,P<0.05,与对照组比较差异有显著性。结论炉甘石薄荷脑洗剂是治疗儿童局部红色粟疹的有效药品,可以推广使用。
Objective To evaluate the effect of calamine and menthol lotion in treating local red miliaria in children. Methods Using the two-side test in 95% confidence interval of statistics to calculate the sample amount and randomly allot the samples to the test group and control group averagely. Evaluate the effect through measuring the shrinkage on volume and reduction on amount of red miliaria.Using Ridit analysis to compare the results of two groups. Calculate u value and P value. Judge if there is an outstanding difference between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of calamine and menthol lotion was 84.4% in treating local red miliaria in children,u=4.003 , P<0.05. There was an outstanding difference between the two groups. Conclusion Calamine and menthol lotion is an effective drug in treating local red miliaria in children. It is worth spreading in use.
