摘要
以硬肪酸甲酯和氯磺酸为原料,采用间歇法合成制得了α-磺基硬脂酸甲酯钠盐(MES).当n(氯磺酸)∶n(硬脂肪酸甲酯)=1.2∶1,磺化时间为1h,磺化温度75℃～80℃,老化时间为45min,产物经漂白,中和,终产物w(MES)≥75%,w(二钠盐)<18% 1HNMR,13CNMR,IR等分析数据表明该结果与文献报道相符.
Sodium α-sulpho_methyl stearate (MES) is synthesized using stearate methyl ester and chlorsulfonic acid as raw materials by interrupter method on the condition that n(chlorsulfonic acid):n (methyl stearate)=1.2∶1,sulfonation time is 1 h, sulfonation temperature is 75℃～80℃ and aging time is 45 min; after bleaching and neutralizing,the final outcome consists of more than 75% of MES, and mass percent of disodium salt is less than 18%.Having been analyzed by ~1?HNMR,^(13)CNMR,IR,the result is consistent with what is analyzed in documents.
