摘要
结合汽车企业的特点 ,设计出一个用以评价、分析汽车企业核心竞争力的指标体系 ,建立了一个简单可行、定性、定量分析相结合的模型。通过该模型 ,判断汽车企业核心竞争力的来源和存在的不足并据此采取改进措施。
Combined with the features of auto enterprises, a simple quantitative and qualitative model for appraising, analyzing core competitiveness of auto enterprises is set up, we can judge the original source of the core competitiveness, deficiency in whatever aspects and adopt improving measures accordingly.
