摘要
探讨了钢纤维高混凝土配合比的设计方法.根据钢纤维高强混凝土的特点和要求配制出3种钢纤维(铣削型钢纤维MF、切断弓型钢纤维BF、剪切波纹型钢纤维SF)高强混凝土,进行了立方体和棱柱体试件的抗压试验及弹性模量试验,分析了水泥浆含量ρp和钢纤维体积率ρf对拌合物工作性及高强混凝土基本力学性能的影响.研究表明:水泥浆含量和钢纤维体积率均是影响高强混凝土拌合物工作性及力学性能的重要因素,所得结果可为进一步研究提供有益的参考.
A method of mixing design for steel fiber reinforced high-strength concrete(SFHSC) is investigated in this paper,and three types of steel fiber reinforced high-strength concrete(MFHSC,BFHSC,SFHSC) are prepared according to their characteristics.Experiments on cubic compressive strength,axial compressive strength and elastic modulus are performed,and the influence of cement paste content and volume fractions of steel fibers on mixture workability and elementary mechanical properties of high-strength concrete is analyzed,which shows that cement paste content and volume fractions of steel fibers are bey factors that affect the mixture workability and elementary mechanical properties of high-strength concrete.The test results can provide useful reference for further researches.
