摘要
通过对近年来出版和发表的语用学文献的阅读，本文作者发现与语用学相关的研究多数都与自然语言的不确定性有关。为了证明这一点，本文首先分析了自然语言不确定性的认知心理因素，并从语言哲学和逻辑学的研究中找到了事实依据，然后通过对过去语用学研究的回顾，指出语用学的诞生及其发展都与自然语言的不确定性密切相关，最后通过对语用学发展前景的展望，提出对自然语言不确定性的认知语用研究有望成为新的语用研究热点。
Having read some of the pragmatic literature pu blished in recent years, the author has noticed that most of the studies relevan t to pragmatics are closely related to the indeterminacy characterized by natura l language. To prove this, this paper analyses the cognitive and psychological f actors leading to the indeterminacy of natural language and provides evidences b y means of reviewing the researches on meaning in the field of philosophy of lan guage and logic. Then the close connection between the indeterminacy of natural language and the birth and development of pragmatics is pointed out. The end of this paper predicts that the research on the indeterminacy of natural language f rom the viewpoint of cognitive pragmatics will hopefully become a new hot point in the pragmatic research.
