摘要 目的 :研究不同大孔树脂对葛根黄酮的吸附及解吸性能 ,为分离纯化葛根总黄酮提供选择树脂的依据。方法 :以葛根总黄酮和葛根素为指标 ,考察不同大孔树脂对葛根总黄酮的比吸附量和解吸率。结果 :对葛根总黄酮的比吸附量超过 10 0mg/ g的树脂有S - 8、AB - 8、HPD10 0和HP - 2 0 ,而解吸率超过 95 %的有AB - 8、D10 1和HP 2 0。结论 :不同树脂对葛根总黄酮的吸附及解吸有很大差异 ,综合比吸附量及解吸率结果 ,AB 8和HP 2 To study the adsorption and desorption behavior of macroporous adsorptive resins for flavonoids in the roots of Pueraria lobata(Willd)Ohwi and make the best choices of which resin is suitable for purification of Pueraria flavonoides. Methods: The absorption and desorption of 9 macroporous resins from 4 companies were investigated with the content of total flavonoids and puerarin as markers. Two factors, adsorption capacity and desorption ratio, were used to evaluate the capability of these resins. Moreover, the static absorption dynamics for AB-8, D101, HPD100 and HP-20 were explored. Results: The adsorption capacity of S-8, AB-8, HPD100 and HP-20 is over 100mg/g, and the desorption ratio of AB-8, D101 and HP-20 is over 95%. Conclusion: AB-8 and HP-20 are the optimum absorbents for the purification of Pueraria flavonoides.
