益气补肾中药对运动性疲劳大鼠睾丸自由基代谢的影响 被引量:6

Effects of Chinese herbal for invigorating kidney on metabolism of free radical in testes of rats with exercise induced fatigue

摘要 目的:研究睾丸组织自由基代谢变化与血睾酮降低的关系,探讨补肾益气中药复方制剂调理运动性低血睾酮的作用。方法:雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为4组,安静对照组、安静加中药组、单纯运动组、运动加中药组。每次上午训练开始前60min对安静加中药组和运动加中药组大鼠进行灌胃,给予益气补肾复方中药制剂。运动安排采用渐进性大运动量训练方法,共6周。于实验开始和结束时分别测量血睾酮;运动后处死大鼠测量睾丸组织自由基和抗自由基氧化酶的水平。结果:各组大鼠实验前血睾酮水平无明显统计学差异。实验后单纯运动组血睾酮水平犤3.24±0.32)nmoL/L犦较之其他组犤安静对照组为(5.64±0.53)nmoL/L,安静加中药组为(5.38±0.86)nmoL/L,运动加中药组为(4.64±0.69)nmoL/L犦明显降低(P<0.05),而运动加中药组血睾酮水平与安静对照组比较无明显降低。安静加中药组血睾酮水平也无升高。单纯运动组丙二醛水平犤(5.84±0.93)μmoL/L犦较安静对照组犤(4.38±0.45)μmoL/L犦明显升高(t=6.001,P=0.042)。运动加中药组超氧化物歧化酶水平犤(111.27±41.56)NU/mg犦明显高于单纯运动组犤(80.21±17.99)NU/mg犦(t=3.651,P=0.045)。结论:选用的中药复方制剂能有效维持大运动量训练大鼠的血睾酮平衡。 AIM:To investigate the relationship between the changes of free radical metabolism in testicle and the descent of serum testosterone,and the function of compound Chinese herbal for invigorating kidney on low serum testosterone induced by exercise. METHODS:Male Wistar rats were randomly divided into four groups: sedentary control group,sedentary and Chinese herbal group,endurance training group,and endurance training and Chinese herbal group.Rats in sedentary and Chinese herbal group and endurance training and Chinese herbal group were perfused and given compound Chinese herbal for invigorating kidney before 60 minutes of training.The exercise gradually increased during 6 weeks,and the serum testosterone was examined before and after the trail.Free radical and antioxidant enzyme in testicle were also measured after rats sacrificed. RESULTS: There was no significant difference of serum testosterone level among four groups before trial.After trial,serum testosterone level[(3.24±0.32) nmoL/L] in endurance training group was lower than those in sedentary control group, sedentary and Chinese herbal group and endurance training and Chinese herbal group[(5.64±0.53) nmoL/L,(5.38±0.86) nmoL/L and(4.64±0.69) nmoL/L](P< 0.05).The serum level of testosterone in endurance training and Chinese herbal group was not decreased obviously compared with sedentary control group,and it in sedentary and Chinese herbal group was not increased yet.The malonic diethyl aldehyde(MDA) in endurance training group [(5.84±0.93) μmol/L]was significantly higher than that in sedentary control group[(4.38±0.45) μmol/L] (t=6.001, P=0.042). The superoxide dismutse(SOD)in endurance and Chinese herbal group [(111.27±41.56) NU/mg] was higher than that in endurance training group[(80.21±17.99) NU/mg](t=3.651, P=0.045). CONCLUSION:The trial shows that compound Chinese herbal keeps the balance of serum testosterone induced by mass exercise,which means that the increase of metabolism of free radical in testicle is related to the descent of serum testosterone.The function of compound Chinese herbal is improved by activity of antioxidant enzyme in testicle tissue.
