摘要
贪利性职务犯罪已成为比较突出的社会问题,对我国社会主义市场经济发展造成了严重危害。本文引用"寻租理论"来分析贪利性职务犯罪的根源,并从三个方面讨论了控制此类职务犯罪的策略。
Corrupt crime by taking advantage of duty has become a serious problem in society and harmed the development of China's market-oriented economy. Based on the theory of rent-seeking,this paper analyses the origin of the corrupt crime by taking advantage of duty and discussed the strategy to control over this type of crime from three aspects.
