摘要
数字图书馆建设中涉及大量的知识产权问题 ,存在着许多侵权风险。本文从法律不确定性、数字图书馆的定位、终端用户、数字技术带来的变化几个方面分析了数字图书馆知识产权风险产生的原因 ,以期有针对性地解决相关问题。
There are a large number ofthe intellectual property questionsrelated to digital library construction, a lot of infringementrisks exist. This article viewedfrom legal uncertainty, the role of digitallibrary, end user , and digital technology etc., to analyse the cause ofintellectual property risk in digital library , in order to solve the relevant problem pointedly.
