摘要
研究了以CP72-1210作亲本的30个杂交组合的后代入选率和入选实生苗的主要经济性状。结果表明,以CP72-1210作父本的15个组合入选品比试验的株系13个,平均每万株实生苗6.27个,并已育成2个早熟高糖优良品种。以CP72-1210作母本的15个组合入选品比试验的株系5个,平均每万株实生苗2.99个。CP72-1210用作父本的育种效果优于用作母本的。根据后代表现和育成品种及优良品系的数量,认为CP72-1210是一个优良亲本,其后代品种具有萌芽好、分蘖力强、生长快、有效茎数多、宿根性能好、抗风抗病力强、高产稳产、早熟高糖的优良种性。
30 crosses with CP72-1210 as a parent were made. Studies on selection rates at various stages of selection and economic traits of importance of the selected seedlings were carried out. As many as 13 clones (0.0627 percent) from the crosses used CP72-1210 as male parent were selected to be tested in variety trial, and 2 elite varieties derived from this kind of crosses were released; while only 5 clones (0.0299 percent) from the crosses used CP72-1210 as female parent were tested at this stage. Better breeding effect was resulted in when using CP72-1210 as male parent than as female parent. This result indicated that CP72-1210 was a good parent. Varieties derived from CP72-1210 have characteristics of good germination, strong tillering, rapid growing, good ratooning, good tolerance to diseases and strong wind, early maturity and high cane and sugar yields.
