摘要
本论文重点研究了带活性基团的羧基、磺酸基、聚氧乙烯基等不饱和单体的摩尔比及引发剂用量对具有梳形结构聚羧酸系减水剂性能的影响,本文还采用红外光谱对共聚物进行表征及分析。结果表明,本文合成的减水剂具有减水率高、坍落度损失小、抗压强度比高等优点。
This paper studied the effect of molar ratio of unsaturated monomers with carboxylic groups, sulphonic groups, polyoxyethylene side chain groups and different dosage of initiator on performance of comb-like polycarboxylic series of water reducer. The copolymer was characterized and analyzed by IR spectrum. And the result showed that the product has the advantages of high water-reducing ratio, good slump-loss resistant property and excellent strength of compression.
