摘要
城市农民工正在中国历史上实践着一个重要的社会变迁进程,这是中国加速城市化和产业结构升级的不可逆转的必然过程。为此,各地应通过各种措施为城市农民工提供一个良好的外部环境,让他们享受真正的国民待遇,不断提高自身素质,加快推进农民市民化。
In Chinese history farmers working in cities are practicing an important process of social transfer.This is an irreversibly inevitable process that china speeds up its urbanization and the promotion of industrial structure.Therefore, every area should adopt various measure to provide farmers working in cities with a favorable external environment so that they can actually enjoy the treatment of national residents,continually improve their own quality and quicken their residents.
