摘要
我国现阶段房地产发展所面临的总量不足和结构失衡主要由现行的土地供给方式引起的,本文通过对供给方式对房地产发展的影响进行系统的分析,提出完善我国土地供给方式,以促进我国房地产业的健康发展。
This stage in our country, the total volume scarcity and structure unbalance faced by real estate development are mainly caused by ways of land supply which is carrying out now. Though the systemic analysis on the influence of ways of land supply on development of real estate, this paper puts forward the method for perfecting ways of land supply in our country so as to promote the healthy development of our real estate.
