摘要
通过羟基喹啉与 1 ,1 0 -二溴癸烷、硫脲反应 ,合成了 4个新的羟基喹啉类巯基衍生物 ( 4 ,9,1 1a ,1 1b ) ,其结构经1 HNMR和MS表征 .
Four kinds of novel quinolinol mercapto derivative (4,9,11a, 11b) have been designed and synthesized by reacting quinolinol with 1,10-dibromodecane and thiourea, and their structures were confirmed by 1 HNMR and MS.
