摘要
售房养老模式是建立在一系列相关理论和以房养老实践的基础之上的,这些相关理论与社会实践为售房养老模式的提出及运行,奠定了必要的思想基础和验证理论可行性的极好场所。本文通过对生命周期理论及其与售房养老模式之间关系的揭示,全面、系统地说明了本模式运做的基本状况。
The research of Selling-house-for-pension Pattern has been recently developed on the basis of relative practice and theories,which leads to the research and makes the research meaningful.On the other hand,some further study of the Selling-house-for-pension Pattern also has contributed a lot to those theories and practice.This paper focuses on the relationship between the Life Cycle Theory and the Selling-house-for-pension Pattern,and then systematically describes how the pattern works as a whole.
