摘要
我国人口众多,资源约束较强,正处于社会转型期,实现工业化必然面临这诸多矛盾,如结构性的产品供给过剩,庞大的农村过剩人口,环境污染与资源短缺的约束,信息化核心技术的短缺等。及时进行经济结构调整和技术创新;进一步拓展农业产业化和城镇化;走可持续发展的道路;坚持走以信息化带动工业化的道路,是我国工业化走出困境的新选择。
Our country is with a large population, resources restrain stronger , is in the society transformation period, realize industrialization must face these a great deal of contradictions . The structural products are supplied with the surplus, huge rural surplus population, the restraint of environmental pollution and resources in short, shortage of the key technology of the information. Require us to seize the opportunity , take a new-type industrialized road in the face of the contradiction. Should carry on the economic restructuring and technological innovation in time ; Expand the agricultural industrialization and urbanization further; Take the road to sustainable development; Insist on taking the road to use information to bring along industrialization.
