摘要
电磁轴承系统中控制器的参数影响着系统的刚度和阻尼的基本特征 ,轴承刚度和阻尼特性决定了轴承的基本性能。在Maxwell电磁力公式基础上 ,分析了控制参数与轴承刚度和阻尼的的关系 ,得到了刚度、阻尼与控制参数之间的线性与非线线性关系解析解 ,并推导了在PID控制器作用下 ,电磁轴承系统的线性刚度。
In the active magnetic bearing(AMB) system, the basic ch aracteristic of stiffness and damping are affected by control parameters. The st iffness and damping decide the basic AMB performance. By analyzing the relations hip between control parameters and AMB stiffness and damping based on the Maxwel l's equation, A analytic solution between the linearity and nonlinearity of the control parameters relative to the stiffness and damping is given and a optimal stiffness in AMB controlled is also given by the PID controller.
