摘要
作者应用一段式钛金属人工牙种植体，进行了138例208颗颌骨内种植，经3至24个月的临床观察，近期成功率达95．67％。作者就一段式牙种植的特点，手术方法，成功因素等进行了初步分析和讨论，认为严格选择适应症，良好的种植材料，精心操作，合理修复，正确使用和维护，种植体就能在颌骨内较长期存留并行使其功能。
208 dental impants of 138 cases have been implaned in jaws useing htanium implant. For 2 to 24monthes clinical study, the rate of successe is 96. 38%. The charateristics, operation methods, thereasons for success and the factors of fall about the dental implan are discussed and analyed in thisarticle. The study emphasize that selecting correct indication, rational prosthesis and use are theimportant elements for successe.
