摘要
在高等学校的实验室建设和管理中,从实验室的管理体制的变革入手,以市场经济中的经营理念来对实验教学中涉及到的人才、管理、实验课程的设计、教学经费的使用等方面的实验室资源进行统筹经营和优化管理,不仅提高了实验教学效果,促进了实验管理人员和学生综合素质的全面提高,而且在提高仪器设备使用效率的基础上,相对地节约了教学成本,提高了教学经费的效用。
In order to improve laboratory effectiveness, some of business in market economy were used to design experimental contents, to deal with the issues related to outlay and other laboratory resources during our experimental teaching reformation. The result shows that experimental teaching effectiveness and comprehensive qualities of teachers and students have been improved significantly, and the cost of experiments is reduced at the same time.
