摘要
本文从人力资本积累的视角,全面地阐述积累和开发农业人力资本,有利于推动我国的农村发展和整个社会经济的协调发展,并且经过长期的努力,才能从根本上解决农业、农村和农民问题。
This paper focused on the accumulating and exploiting agriculture human capital can promote countryside developing and develop whole country economy from the human capital accumulation aspects, and settle the issues of farming, countryside and peasant after making long period of efforts.
