摘要
市场机制在政府权力运行中发挥着非常重要的作用,但如同政府权力机制会发生“政府失败”一样,市场机制也会出现“市场失灵”,因此,必须重视和建立市场机制和政府权力机制在政府权力运行中的协调关系。
Market mechanism plays a very important role in the operating of government power. However, it might fail in the way of government failure in the mechanism of government power. Therefore, much attention must be placed on the coordination between the market mechanism and the operating mechanism of government power.
