摘要
为了解UNITANK工艺处理高浓度有机废水的运行特性 ,进行了处理制药废水的试验。结果表明 ,采用六阶段的运行方式可使处理效果更稳定 ;当反应器的容积负荷为 1.0 1.2kgCOD/ (m3·d)时COD去除率 >85 % ,出水COD <2 5 0mg/L ;在含盐量为 6 0 0 0 15 0 0 0mg/L的范围内 ,盐度不仅对有机物的去除无影响 。
A pilot test on medicine wastewater treatment using UNITANK process was conducted in order to understand the operational characteristics of UNITANK process in the course of treating high concentration organic wastewater.Result shows that the operating mode with six-stage can make the treatment effect more stabilized.COD removal efficiency is more than 85% and effluent COD is less than 250 mg/L under the reactor volume loading of 1.0~1.2 kgCOD/(m^3·d).As for the salinity influence,when salinity range is (6 000)~15 000 mg/L,certain salt content can improve the coagulation property instead of exerting negative influence on organic matter removal.
